Operational Parameters of Engines Running on Biofuels

Nowadays, the more intense pressure is put on the manufacturers and users of combustions engines regarding reduction of the emissions of greenhouse gasses and other harmful pollutants. According to most of the member countries of European Union the carbon neutrality should be reached in EU by 2050. In order to fulfil this goal, the more effort should be put on the utilization of renewable energy sources, including development of new liquid biofuels of II. and III. generation. Project is focused on experimental development of suitable blended fuel for diesel engines based on primary alcohols in mixture with diesel fuel.
