Msc.International Management (CEMS MIM)

Graduates are able to: analyze directions of corporate strategy in an international environment; design marketing strategies that positively support the success of the chosen business strategy; explain the various tools of microeconomic analysis in decision-making problems in business management; explain the context of value creation in investment and financial decisions of a company; identify key intercultural differences in the management of international companies; create and evaluate business strategies and their reflection in marketing, finance, investing, human resources, organizational architecture and production; extraordinarily communicate, persuade and negotiate in an international business environment. independently build and lead international teams to tackle the business challenges.

The Master´s degree in CEMS/International Management is a full-time two-year academic training programme for students at bachelor level with interests and career intentions in international companies and the international environment. The programme provides students with a comprehensive business education in the fields of economics, management, finance, marketing, cross-cultural communication and negotiations.

The programme has been placed 4th in „Financial Times Masters in Management Ranking 2015″, maintaining its place in the top 10 every year since the rankings began in 2005. According to Financial Times, 95 % of graduates are employed three month after graduation (Employment rank).

CEMS is a global alliance of 29 academic and 70+ corporate institutions dedicated to educating and preparing future generations of global business leaders to enter into a multilingual, multicultural and interconnected business world through the CEMS Master’s in International Management.
