Graduate profile
In the Health Law specialisation, graduates will acquire comprehensive knowledge of health law, with a focus on its principles, legal concepts, and approaches applicable across jurisdictions. The graduate will have expertise in the rights and obligations of key healthcare actors, personality rights protection, legal liability in healthcare, pharmaceutical law, health insurance, medical research, and other significant areas of health law, all within international and European contexts. The graduate will develop skills in the critical analysis of legal regulations and case law in the healthcare context, as well as in applying procedural legal principles. They will be able to use the acquired knowledge and skills in a wide range of career opportunities related to legal services and healthcare management.
