Graduate profile
In specialisation Business and Competition Law, graduates will gain detailed knowledge of all areas of private and public law regulating business activities in the European Union. Particular attention will be paid to commercial law, company law with a focus on multinational companies, contractual and non-contractual obligations, competition rules, intellectual property rights, labour law, tax law, private international law and international commercial dispute resolution; particularly from the perspective of international law and European Union law. Graduates of the program will deepen their legal knowledge and skills, which they will apply as solicitors, corporate lawyers, tax advisors, international arbitrators, or in other legal professions focusing on international trade.
