Graduate profile
Graduates in the doctoral program of Pharmaceutical Technology will have a complete and unique view on general and special methods of the formulation of dosage forms, their structure, physical and chemical properties, and the use of mathematical and statistical models in order to optimize physical and biopharmaceutical properties of pharmaceutical preparations, including local and time profiles of drug release. To acquire this profile, graduates need detailed knowledge about the properties of excipients, the technological processing of these substances in production of dosage forms as well as the mathematical modelling of individual phases of formulation and manufacturing of pharmaceutical preparations.
