Ph.D.Physical and Materials Engineering
Graduate profile
Graduates of the FMI program are equipped with a broad scientific and theoretical basis in the field of testing, development, modeling and application of new and traditional construction materials and elements and find employment not only in the open labor market of the European Union as:
- teaching and scientific staff in academic and other institutions engaged in science, research, development and innovation in the field of construction and materials engineering;
- material specialists and technology experts in industrial companies operating in the field of production of building materials and components;
- conceptual and development experts in production, design, and consulting companies in construction industry;
- specialists in companies engaged in the development of simulation software;
- after gaining experience as executives and senior managers in the above companies and organizations;
- after passing professional examinations as authorized engineers;
- experts in diagnostics and testing in the field of building materials and structures;
- experts in the field of certification of construction products.
