The event highlighted ten years of successful joint promotion of Prague as a leading international study destination and reaffirmed the universities’ shared commitment to continued collaboration.
Throughout the meeting, university leaders reflected on the consortium’s remarkable progress since its establishment in 2014. What began as a joint marketing initiative has evolved into a long-term partnership that has helped thousands of international students discover Prague’s academic excellence, cultural richness, and welcoming environment.
Rectors emphasized that the strength of Study in Prague lies in its collaborative spirit — an approach that transcends institutional boundaries and showcases Prague as a unified, dynamic academic hub. They agreed that the consortium has played a pivotal role in raising the international profile of Czech higher education and in enhancing cooperation between universities at both strategic and operational levels.
