Research at Academy of Performing Arts in PragueThis academic site of DAMU was founded in 2001 on the initiative of Professor Ivan Vyskočil, the period Head of the Department of Authorial Acting and Pedagogy. The mission of the The Institute for Research and Study of Authorial Acting is research into acting in general and its prerequisites, with an emphasis on authorial acting, authorial and experimental creation, dramatic culture, play, playing, psychosomatics and pedagogy. Assoc. Prof. Martina Musilová has been the Director of the Institute since 2020.
