Monitoring Sensitive Items through Internet of Things
Research at Academy of Performing Arts in PragueProject implementers are Alternetivo s.r.o., CESNET z.s.p.o., LETEL elektronik s.r.o. and the Academy of Performing Arts in (MARC HAMU – Musical Acoustics Research Centre). The project objective is to develop a new solution for new Internet of Things (IoT) network elements for use in monitoring sensitive items (monitoring temperature, humidity, pressure, acceleration forces, incline, etc.). The resultant solution is intended for many areas with a global impact. The project goals include verifying the new elements in a national pilot project, provide a licence for production and prepare the results for market launch. Musical Acoustics Research Centre (MARC) collaborates in the development of a mobile sensor (for use, e.g., in transporting, installing, or handling musical instruments) and provides the research and development for a functional sample of a stationary sensor to be used in organs, including experimental testing of the sensors on a national scale in organs across the Czech Republic.
