Ph.D.Computer Science - Theory of Computing, Discrete Models and Optimization

The graduate will gain deep knowledge and research experience applicable in a wide range of fields in discrete mathematics and theoretical computer science. They will be able to apply contemporary algebraic, geometric, probabilistic and structural methods both in further developments of the theory and in applications in physics, biology, and other branches of science. The graduate has knowledge and experience necessary to contribute to research and development on international level and is ready to take a leading role in shaping the trends in these fields.
