The graduates of the single-major English Language subject of study have an excellent grasp of all linguistic disciplines, including a wide range of language-oriented (langue) and speech-oriented (parole) disciplines and inter-disciplines. They can perform a complex linguistic analysis of miscellaneous text samples. They have in-depth knowledge of the development of English language literature, including its most recent tendencies, and the methods of teaching literature. They have adequate didactic expertise, both theoretical and practical. This includes various specific aspects of utilizing their linguistic and literary prowess in practical teaching applications. They have mastered a plethora of language teaching methods and activities. Their command of modern idiomatic English is at C2 level.
