The study of Thermomechanics and Fluid Mechanics provides PhD students with scientific research and independent creative work in the field of research and development at the FMI, research institutions and in industry. The PhD studies of Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics are focused on the preparation of highly qualified specialists both in the fields mentioned and transfer processes. They will be able to apply a deep theoretical knowledge during the solving of demanding stationary and non-stationary problems in the internal and external mechanics of incompressible and compressible fluids with potential heat and mass transfer.
