The program is jointly taught civil, mechanical and electrical engineering faculty of CTU. Prepares professionals for the design and operation of integrated systems for buildings (building integration solutions, systems, HVAC, control, power and information systems). The concept of intelligent building primarily as a building with a very advanced system management, control, monitoring (artificial intelligence) without the need for human intervention, along with system design machinery building. On the part of the Czech Technical University in Prague is an effort to expand the range of possibilities with a new perspective of study that will allow attracting more students through attractive offers study programs in three faculties. Study program prepares professionals for the design, implementation and management of modern buildings and the development and production of components for intelligent buildings. Prepared by experts especially for the design and operation of integrated systems for buildings (building integration solutions, systems engineering environment engineering, management, energy and information systems). It will be graduates with a broad cross-sectional survey specialists and not experts.
Graduates should find application in architectural studios in the conceptual design of buildings and general solution needs an optimal indoor environment. Another major application would have in the management and operation of buildings and facilities environmental engineering major buildings in firms 'Facility Management'. Application is also possible in the following areas: project manager, coordinator, consultancy, research and development of technologies IB. Graduates can work in the construction and operation of buildings energy, economically and functionally effective.
