This branch of study provides educational opportunities in a wide variety of aerospace-related topics. The objective is to produce original research related to the engineering of aerospace vehicles, to provide the ability of independent creative work that focuses on science and research issues related to the topic of PhD thesis. This is supported in the fields of electrical engineering, systems theory, signal processing, sensors, aerospace avionics, satellite navigation and design of electronic systems.
Successful graduates gain a deep knowledge in the field of sensors, circuits and systems and their integration into aerospace vehicles. They will have a strong foundation in analytical skills and reasoning, the ability to communicate their research and the ability to solve engineering problems.
